These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") apply to the use of the 44bdt platform and all its services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all terms of this Agreement. 1 General Provisions
44bdt is an online entertainment platform offering cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming services. This Agreement is in effect between 44bdt ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user of the platform ("user", "you").
All services provided on the platform are fully governed by these terms. If separate rules exist for a specific game or service, those rules will operate as a supplement to these general terms.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
44bdt currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Payment methods outside of these are not accepted.
4.2 Deposit Rules
- Deposited funds must come from your own account.
- Depositing using a third party's account or name is prohibited.
- If deposited funds do not appear in your account within the expected time, please contact the support team.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawal requests will only be accepted from verified accounts.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Winnings derived from any bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
- 44bdt reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
44bdt offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once per account.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address, household, or device is strictly prohibited.
- A bonus may be restricted to specific games or categories — please check the special terms of each offer.
- 44bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme at any time.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Terms
All games on 44bdt are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.
6.2 Betting Rules
- A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 44bdt will assess the situation and make a decision.
- For sports betting, bets will be settled after the result has been verified.
- 44bdt reserves the right to investigate and void any bet that appears suspicious.
6.3 Technical Errors
If an incorrect wager or payout is displayed due to a technical error, software bug, or display issue, 44bdt reserves the right to restore the correct value. Winnings credited in error cannot be withdrawn.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44bdt platform:
- Attempting unauthorised access to or modification of the platform's software or systems.
- Impersonating another user or engaging in fraudulent behaviour.
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Using bots, scripts, or any other automated means for betting or gaming.
- Operating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other advantages.
- Sharing an account with other users.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or games to gain an unfair advantage.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Rights of 44bdt
44bdt reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This action will be taken in particular where there is suspicion or evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
8.2 User Rights
A user may request the closure of their account at any time. If pending bets are settled and wagering requirements are fulfilled before closure, any remaining funds will be returned.
9 Limitation of Liability
44bdt accepts no liability for the following:
- Interruption to bets or games caused by loss of internet connection.
- Issues with the user's own device or software.
- Loss resulting from unauthorised use of account credentials, where the user has failed to keep their information secure.
- Issues caused by failure of third-party services (payment providers, internet service providers).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 44bdt accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10 Privacy
